As part of the implementation of the livestock project for economic, social, and nutritional inclusion, funded by Anesvad, the foundation’s partners conducted a field visit on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, to the localities of Gati Soun and Fongbé Apédomé. This monitoring and evaluation mission allowed them to observe firsthand the progress of the construction of improved traditional chicken coops, built for the benefit of the project’s beneficiaries.

Implemented by the Christian Alliance for Integral Development (ACDI), this project aims to sustainably strengthen the economic capacities of vulnerable households by promoting poultry farming as a means of empowerment. It also contributes to improving the food and nutritional security of the targeted communities. The visit provided an opportunity for direct dialogue with beneficiaries about the challenges they face, the progress already made, and the prospects for sustaining the actions undertaken, reflecting the commitment of the various stakeholders to the project’s success.
