CAPACITY-BUILDING TRAINING SESSIONS FOR PRODUCERS ON SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES 🌱
As part of the implementation of the project “Strengthening sustainable agricultural practices for the protection of the banks of the Yoto
River in the Kpédomé canton,” funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP),
capacity-building sessions are being organized for producers from the beneficiary communities.
This initiative brings together producers from the localities of Abala-copé, Gada-copé, Kodjo-copé, and Fada-copé for
Practical training focused on sustainable techniques for restoring and conserving riverbanks and soils.
The goal of these sessions is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to adopt environmentally friendly
Agricultural practices and to combat land degradation and riverbank erosion.
