📸 ACDI continues its consultations with local stakeholders
As part of developing a project proposal to be submitted to ANESVAD, ACDI is increasing its exchanges with
communities to better understand their needs, priorities, and the challenges they face. This participatory approach aims to co-create actions
that are adapted to local realities and carry a lasting impact.
These consultations also made it possible to meet with the Kolowaré CMS in Sokodé, a key player in the fight against Neglected
Tropical Skin Diseases (NTSDs),such as leprosy, Buruli ulcer, and yaws. Discussions with the center’s managers focused on issues
related to prevention, patient care, and opportunities for collaboration to strengthen interventions for the benefit of the communities.
Through this consultation process, ACDI reaffirms its commitment to developing projects based on the needs expressed by
the communities and through close collaboration with health structures and local partners. 🤝
Together, let’s build inclusive and sustainable initiatives for the communities.

Getting closer to communities to build sustainable solutions.
As part of preparing a project proposal to submit to ANESVAD, ACDI continues its exchanges with communities to
identify their priority needs and co-create responses tailored to their realities.
Field visits highlight major challenges: children are forced to fetch water from the river, often unsafe to drink,
due to the village well being out of order. Schools also face a lack of sanitary infrastructure, including
the absence of separate toilets for girls and boys, a situation that affects students’ health, dignity, and learning conditions.
Through this participatory approach, ACDI reaffirms its commitment to supporting communities
toward better access to clean water, sanitation, and a safer, more inclusive school environment.
Together, let’s build solutions sustainable for the well-being of children and communities.
